1. Marketplace role

Elyxta is a marketplace. Activities are provided by independent local operators, who are responsible for delivery, safety and their own terms.

2. Bookings & payment

Enquiries and bookings are confirmed with the operator. Prices are indicative until confirmed. Payment methods vary by operator (on site or online).

3. Cancellation

Free cancellation is typically available up to 24h before the activity, unless stated otherwise on the tour page. Weather cancellations are rescheduled or refunded.

4. Safety

Follow operator safety briefings and instructions at all times. Activities may have age, health or licence requirements.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elyxta is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent operators.
